Outdoor Serenity
Originally planned to be simply a storage area, this 3-season porch turned out to be the owners favorite space in the house. This porch addition has removable screens that can be replaced with glass in the cooler months, plus electricity and a ceiling fan for the warmer days. The deck flooring was used in the porch to seamlessly transition to the deck outside.
I knew of a few different companies in the Needham area that did additions. I heard Dan Tibma was excellent, so I reached out first to Dan, and he came to the house for our initial meeting.
