Colonial Revival Living Room

Tibma had the pleasure of working together with our client on this gracious Colonial Revival style home, completely transforming it. Every part was touched. Often there is enough square footage in an older home, but the layout isn't flexible enough to fit the modern lifestyle. Our fresh arrangement of the space improved the traffic flow and allowed the core of the home to open up. In the television room, a larger room was divided with a cased opening to create two comfortable gathering spaces. Bookcases were added and marble hearth and surround was built.

Dan consistently kept me apprised of job status, budget progression, issues encountered and options to address those issues. My job was particularly challenging because I was out of town and not available as much as I would have liked to have been, but Dan handled this very well.
