Does your condo feel too small—yet adding on is not an option?
"Addition through subtraction" was the spatial planning axiom when designing this project. Unnecessary hallways, closets, and even a fireplace were removed to maximize square footage and make each room more substantial. As a first-floor unit, the building's infrastructure demanded greater design ingenuity—such as rerouting HVAC ducts to raise ceiling heights by two feet.
The neutral palette accentuates the homeowner's furniture, artwork and exterior landscaping. Soft-contemporary styling includes marble-like porcelain flooring, moldings and layered lighting to highlight exquisite artwork yet to be installed. A feel of luxury with a soft-contemporary vibe radiates throughout this new home, making our stylish client ecstatic about her new abode.
