Initial Appointment
Begin by making an appointment to meet with us in the comfort of your own home. We’ll discuss your current space, your future needs, and your budget. We'll also review your Planning Guide to make sure we understand all of the intricacies of the job you have in mind. During this initial consultation, we may also do a rough sketch of a floor plan and take preliminary measurements.

Design Agreement
At our first meeting, we will present our Design Agreement. The agreement outlines the steps that our team will take in order to create the perfect design for your home.  This includes the development of a schematic design, assistance with product selection, and cost feedback to ensure that you meet your financial as well as your aesthetic objectives. Once you have completed the agreement and returned it with the design fee, we will make an appointment to meet again with our design and construction team.

Floor Plans and Elevations
Our design and construction team will present you with a floor plan that reflects your vision of the project. Large-scale jobs will have storyboards as well as interior and exterior elevations that bring your project and product selections to life. We will discuss the design and make any modifications necessary to capture all your needs and wishes for your project.

Product Selection
We've teamed up with a hand-picked network of suppliers, who offer the best in kitchen and bath products to offer you a broader selection than any showroom. We talk to the suppliers before your visit so that you’re greeted by a professional who is as familiar with your needs as we are. In addition, you will have four hours of assistance from our designer in selecting the products and finishes that will give your project a style all your own. This time with our talented designer is included in your design fee. If additional time is beneficial to you and your selection process, this is available at an additional charge.

Pre-Construction
Once you’ve selected top quality products in your price range, we develop job specifications and a final budget for the project. At this point, we complete a construction agreement and proceed to the installation phase. Our lead carpenters coordinate all construction, to be carried out by our experienced craftsmen.
