CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM

At Tibma Design/Build, we know that personal referrals are our most powerful tools for earning the trust of new customers.  The truth is that we enjoy the relationships that we build during the design and remodeling process.  The design/build process is collaborative in nature and requires good communication and a high level of trust.  When we meet with someone who came through a personal referral, we already have a degree of comfort with that person and it is easier to start developing the vision for his or her project.  We would appreciate it if you would spread our name so that we can create a dynamic kitchen, kitchen addition, great rooms, master bedroom suite or bath that perfectly expresses the individuality of someone you know.  

We have a program that is designed to let you know that we value the referrals that you make. 

• We send a gift certificate for a local bookstore, bakery or coffee shop to each person who tells someone about our company. 
   
• If that lead turns into a job, we will give the person who made the referral either a $100 gift certificate to a restaurant or give $100 to the charity of his or her choice;
   
• Each year, we hold a drawing for a weekend get-away at a regional five-star resort.  Anyone making a referral is entered into our annual drawing.  If you refer one potential client, your name will be entered once and if you make five referrals, your name will be entered five times.
